Discuss papers published **about HTM Theory**. Anyone may post a new topic here about a published paper that relates to HTM, but:

- Only one paper per topic, please
- Paper can be published anywhere like arxiv
- No blog posts, please

Discussions on each topic should be discussions specifically about the paper, especially feedback, errata, or conversations about the topics presented in the paper.
