# BTSP - binary, sparse, content addressable memory learning algorithm

Is anybody familiar with BTSP? Behavioral Timescale Synaptic Plasticity.  
I just heard about it from new Wolfgang Maass paper.

Sounds like it builds on other work on BTSP, but they make it work for binary synaptic weights (multiple synapses between 2 neurons)
