How Can I decide for a Hardware Specifications (CPU, RAM) for an HTM solution model?

I’m proposing HTM as a solution for an Incident/Fault prediction problem.
Before I receive the data I should submit a report including how much CPU power and RAM?

So, Can you help me if there is a way, like some kind of a formula or anything, that I can use to decide how much CPU power and RAM do I need to build this model?

I’d say try your model on a certain spec set and then see if you need more or less power. That is to say, once your implementation is sufficiently optimized.
It depends on the language used, programming techniques and other details.
