I’m a professional developer who have studied computer science and fostered an interest in machine learning and neuroscience for more than 20 years. My main focus is natural language processing with roots in expert systems, chat bots and generative literature.

The last five years or so has been spent working on different iterations of HTM implementations on a purely hobbyist level. I have experimented with NLP, image driven object detection and audio driven word detection.

I’m something of a stickler for semantic clarity which can lead me down different kinds of meta discussion rabbit holes. I try to make sure that I’ve understood what’s really being talked about to waste as little time as possible talking past whomever I’m interacting with.
