HTM Hackers' Hangout (Oct 6, 2017)

HTM Hackers’ Hangout is a live monthly Google Hangout held for our online community. Anyone is free to join in the discussion either by connecting directly to the hangout or commenting on the YouTube video during the live stream.

Matt’s content update for this month involves:

There are two ways you can participate in this event.

  1. Watch live on the YouTube page and ask questions in associated chatroom.
  2. Join the hangout directly with webcam and microphone to comment and ask questions directly. (Please make sure your microphone works!)

I will post the URL to join the hangout 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

The SMI circuit we talk about is what we think two layers in the column are doing (2/3 & 4). Can we use this knowledge to speculate about how other circuits might work? Can we experiment with different IO and routings?

If a location signal can be generated and shared with the rest of the column, what other signals could be generated?

Just some seeds for thought.
