Interaction between SP and TM *Newbie question*

Hello all,

Once I have encoded my data and have the SP representation (with n active bits) of each data point, is this what I feed into the TM? Confused as to how to feed SDRs from SP into the TM with Nupic

I haven’t used Nupic so not sure if this helps. Each SP neuron corresponds to one TM minicolumn. Maybe a function for minicolumn states?

I had misconfigured my parameters (specifically potentialRadius and numActiveColumnsPerInhArea), creating only 1 active bit per SP output SDR instead of the desired 2% active bits. I now have the complete SDRs to pass into the TM
