Is induced noise creating experimental behavior that eventually leads to creative behavior?

After all we know so far and all the milestones you 've reached how would you describe creative behavior using the framework of mechanisms you 've already discovered (like grid cells)?

By creative I don’t mean artistic but any kind of goal oriented behavior.

The algorithms within HTM, including those we are working on within Numenta research, are not doing anything I would call creative. There is no goal-oriented behavior at all in any of our models. The community has worked on attempts to mash an HTM system together with a goal/reward system.
