I’ve been creating an htm system but I can not find a graphic explanation of how the context is stored in memory and used by the columns to accurately predict the next input.

If so, remember that every time a synapse permanence weight is altered, this is memory happening. Temporal context, for example, is stored within distal dendritic synapse permanences.
