No, they are not. We have not heard from that group in awhile.

What makes you think IBM is doing something around HTM?

Through one of there workshops on long term beneficial projects all there scientists are working on : Winfried wilcke’s project was included and this was back in 2015 NICE workshop

Interesting video, full credit given where it belongs, to Jeff Hawkins. Of course IBM wants to continue exploring HTMs, they would be foolish not to.
