As a follow-up to the old post H is for Hierarchy, but where is it?, I wonder whether there have been in the meantime implementations of the HTM model solving a hierarchical task, e.g, learning sequences of sequences? I’m looking for an example where the hierarchy is explicitly employed.
I was able to find this demo: nupic/hierarchy_network_demo.py at master · numenta/nupic · GitHub, but this uses a non-hierarchical task and the benefit of using the hierarchy here is not clear to me.
