Nupic binding error in ubuntu 16

Hello…I am a newbie to nupic…trying to install nupic in ubuntu 16.04 but i m getting below http error during installing nupic binding…please suggest what needs to be done to resolve this issue.I have tried installing numpy using pip and was working fine.

I think you might be using old instructions. Can you try running:

pip install nupic --user

I tried to run pip install nupic --user ,seems having memory error. May be i have to increase memory size .

Hmm, I have never seen this MemoryError before. How much memory do you have for this process?
