NuPIC on Amazon Web Services

I’m interested in running swarming on AWS, and note that there is an existing NuPIC image available (ami-61bac551).

However, does anyone know when that image was last updated? Or how often it is updated?
i.e. is the image still useful, or am I better off using the Installation from Base Amazon Linux also described on the above linked page?

I’d also be interested in hearing if anyone else has used NuPIC on AWS and if so what their experience was.

That image was created on June 30, 2014, so I’d say its very out of date.

I’d say it’s not useful, but don’t follow the installation directions on that wiki either. They are very old and will not work anymore. I would suggest using Docker.
