I’ve gotten a report that HTM Forum is not displaying properly outside the United States. Is anyone else having these issues? Here is a screenshot:

It happened every now and then, about 2 days ago it was the most frequent. At least on Safari.
I was getting getting it on Firefox and Safari yesterday
