Reliable Classification of a List of SDR Vectors

Hey =)
In BAMI: when talking about SDRs, there is this section: Reliable Classification of a List of SDR Vectors.
Now I have a simple question: Do we actually use this in the HTM algorithm? For all the other stuff I am able to see the usage immediately… but for this… no idea =D.

Would be great if someone could help me =)

It is an essential analysis to pick proper network parameters especially when the union property or sub-sampling are enabled.

I do not believe they have it in nupic.
