River View problems

River View, the in-house custom data service I use to serve live data into HTM examples, seems to be having some problems. It runs fine locally, but in production it is no longer updating any data, and it hasn’t for over 9 months.

If no one has any objections, I’m going do a data reset, wipe the database, and start fresh. This should not break anything, but it will limit the amount of data for examples for a month or so. It will mostly affect the https://github.com/nupic-community/htmengine-traffic-tutorial temporarility, but it seems that example is not working anyway (probably because of this issue).

If you have an objection, speak now!

I have not had any bandwidth to work on this since refocusing on general HTM educational materials. I don’t think I’ll be working on this in the future. sorry
