Solid proof about HTM as biomimetic

Hi,
are there solid proove about HTM as biomimetic ? Pyramidal cells, can they really get in a kind of predictive mode by proximal drentrites ? Are there papers prooving that ?

Please see the Numenta papers and their reference sections, which contain many references to neuroscience papers providing evidence of things like dendritic spikes, grid cells in the neocortex, etc.
