HTM Studio on Windows

How can I install HTM Studio on windows? Upon clicking download button it is downloading dmg file that is meant to be for MAC-OSX

The website download page is supposed to figure out what OS you are running. I guess it is not working? No one else has reported this. Anyway, here is the windows installation file.
