I want to ask whether Grok is open souce or not? Or having any plan to open souce grok?

Yes, all our source code for Grok for IT, HTM for Stocks, and HTM Studio is available in https://github.com/numenta/numenta-apps, but we do not offer any support for them.

Note that the Grok for IT codebase was forked by Avik Technologies (they have a commercial license with Numenta), so the code in Github is not exactly what http://grokstream.com offers.
