Question about hotgym predictions - htm research

Hi, i have noticed the prediction files for hotgym tests here:

I want to ask for the csv structure:
It has 3 fields: Lets say for timestep number 10: kw_energy_consumption, prediction-1step, prediction-5step.

Where do these predictions refer? To actual timestep(for example, predicted values for current timestep, from timesteps 9 and 5 respectively), or to future timesteps(11 and 15 respectively).

I’m not familiar with the research repository, but it looks like this file is a result of some experiment, not input.
