Safari cannot open the page

I have been using my iphone on this site for years with no problems.
In the last week, I have been getting “Safari cannot open the page because it could not establish a secure connection to the server” message.
I tried clearing the cache and history and most of the other remedies offered on the net - all to no avail.
Apple’s page suggests that the forum operator has to up their security game.

Is anyone seeing this?

Fixed.

After clearing all browser data it took a power-cycle to finish flushing whatever bad thing was in memory.

So
Close Safari app
Setting/Safari/Clear History and Website Data.
Hold down power button and then swipe to turn off.
Power back up.
Open safari and enter https://discourse.numenta.org
Log in.
Happy dance.
