The source code of Unsupervised real-time anomaly detection for streaming data

I am a graduate student from the School of Computer Science and Technology of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Recently I am very interested in anomaly detection of streaming data. But I did not find the source code of this paper, Can anyone give me the detailed address of the code? I will be very grateful.
Can the code be run with python 3 under Windows system? If not, what should I do?

Hello, I believe the paper points you to this github repository. But I think that you can find an Anomaly example for HTM with the htm.core repository here. It seems that you can run this code with Python 3. I hope this helps (and is the correct info!).
